Acupuncture For Mental and Psychological Conditions
Acupuncture reigns supreme when it comes to busting tough mental and psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and of course, stress.
Most doctors would be hard pressed to find an over the counter, or even prescription medicine that can treat such ambiguous conditions as "I feel sad all the time," or "I worry constantly," or even "I think about death and suicide every time I am alone."
In fact, you may have even heard that some anti-depressants have caused an increase in suicide rates among their users, but I won't comment on that.
Unfortunately even "modern medicine" has yet to fully comprehend and understand every way in which our minds effect our bodies.
Thankfully, though, if we set aside the metal scalpels, the x-rays and the scientific theories on the psychology of the human brain, we might notice for a minute that some "non-scientific" or "unproven" methods such as acupuncture have had astounding results on issues such as stress, anxiety and depresion.
Acupuncture and other energy medicines such as acupressure, reiki, and many others have been able to successfully address mental and psychological issues where their causes often lie: within our disrupted energy systems.
By balancing our internal meridian energy, we can restore our immune system and the rest of our body to its full capacity, giving it the capability to do what it was designed to do: stay healthy.
